Water fun, water fun! That's what a vacation on Lake George is. Whether you are into boating, fishing, skiing, swimming or just sitting in the shade enjoying the panoramic view, you can find it here at Cool-Ledge.

Overlooking the beach (to left in the picture) are our 1 bedroom motel units. Each has a full kitchen/dining/sleeping room, private bath, and seperate bedroom. Further back are our 2&3 bedroom individual cottages. Nestled in the trees (in the background) are our tennis court and playground. The large brown house overlooking the water is the office and residence.

Seen here is our large sandy beach and swimming area. The 3600+ square feet of level sand is a joy to sunbathers and castle builders. The first 20+ feet of water reaches a maximum depth of 3 foot allowing a safe place for your younger children to splash to their hearts content. At the end of our first dock, the water reaches a depth of 6 foot and at the raft, the water depth is over ten feet. Our dock complex consists of 14 slips with deep water and can accommodate motor boats, sailboats and pwcs.
