Cool-Ledge is located on Basin Bay, 2.6 miles south of Bolton Landing, 2.97 miles west of Pilot Knob, and 7.8 miles north of the public docks in Lake George Village.

Our family purchased a private estate from a prominent area family in 1953, and built Cool-Ledge here. Our family's operational perspective is to provide a resort destination for families who love the Lake and all it has to offer. Our rentals are bright, roomy and priced at an affordable rate.
